A new inflight rule? Now no personal items in the seatback pocket

As if there isn't enough to irritate the average air traveler these days, somehow there's another restrictive inflight rule. Some airlines are dragging out an old FAA regulation that allows them to prohibit any personal items in the seatback pockets during takeoff and landing.
